Our Philosophy
We have shared a life-long passion for fitness that brought us both into professional training and coaching very early on. Now, with 40 years of professional experience between the two of us, we continue to share our concept of “true strength” with others. We define “fortitude” as the type of physical and mental strength that acknowledges and maximises an individual’s gifts, and unleashes these gifts against the unique challenges that life brings.
We believe that every individual is far more valuable and capable than they realise. Our goal is to use our expertise in physical and mental health to bring about this awareness in our clients. We see fitness as both a powerful tool to alert us to the potential that exists within ourselves, and as a nurturing form of deserved self-care.
Our great desire is that, through fitness, our clients will learn to analyse themselves kindly, rather than critically. And through this self acceptance, will launch forward with a balanced but powerful functionality that will benefit both themselves, and those within their sphere of influence.
